- Create an account.
- Log in to your account and fill out all the forms for the type of divorce you selected.
- Once you've completed the forms to the best of your ability, click the Pay Now button and submit your credit card order.
- Once your payment has been received, we will review your questionnaire. We will call you to review your questionnaire and answer any questions that you may have.
- We prepare your documents and send them to you either by email, fax, snail mail or they can be reviewed in our office, whichever you prefer.
- You then review your documents for errors, mistakes or questions that you have.
- We then make the necessary changes to your documents and do a final review with you.
- You will need to sign the documents and have them notarized. You can either come into our office or we will tell you what documents you will need to sign and you can mail them to us.
- Once we have the original documents signed and notarized, we file the documents at the courts.
- Once the documents are filed, your spouse will need to be served or accept service (they can come into our office or we can mail the documents to them with instructions. This is included in our fee.)
- Once your spouse has accepted service or been served they have 20 days to respond if Arizona resident, or 30 days if they are out of state. After the 20 or 30 days has elapsed you will get a letter from us to come into the office to sign final documents
- In Arizona there is a 60 day (Maricopa County 64 days) "waiting period" from the time your spouse has been served or accepted service. After the "waiting period" we will file final documents (if you are not going to court) or you will call the court to schedule you court hearing.
