If you die without a Will OR Living Trust, the State Probate Court decides some very personal and important matters such as: who manages and inherits your estate, who will raise your minor children. In addition, if you have minor children, they will receive their inheritance at age eighteen (18).
A complete set of documents should also include a General Durable Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney and a Living Will.
