Prices listed in our website include the preparation, filing and processing of all required documents for the packages shown. Our fees do not include court costs or process service. We can also assist you in the preparation ONLY of your documents, with this service YOU would arrange the filing, and processing of your documents together with process service if necessary.

INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW:
- Court costs can be deferred by the court if you do not have the money to pay right now. In most cases, the court will give you 60 days to pay. If you are receiving certain types of government assistance such as food stamps, the court may waive your court costs entirely and you will not have to pay any court costs. We can assist you with a REQUEST for waiver or deferral at no additional cost. As a general rule waivers are only given at the end of a case, you will need to be prepared to pay various fees and costs along the way.
- Process Service is not required if your spouse will sign an Acceptance of Service, acknowledging that they have received their papers. If the other party will not cooperate, we will arrange for a process server for you. There is an additional fee if a process server is required, depending on where the papers are to be served.
- Parenting Classes are required in all new actions involving children.
